It's been over 10 days since were guests at your beautiful home in New Lenox. Words cannot convey properly the gratitude we feel for the wonderful time you showed us. Most builders on the last moment of the very last day would most likely close the door at 6 p.m. You and your wonderful crew not only opened the door widely but also invited us to join in for the final day party. What a grand way to end the tour!
We have been on the tour every year since it began and we have been through many homes but by far you and your beautiful home will stand out as the best experience we ever had on the tour. We knew we were in store for a real treat once we found your home for all along the way we kept hearing "it's a long way from the other homes, but it's well worth the trip!"
After 4 gas stations, one sheriff's police car that we hailed over for directions, one pizza parlor and finally one homeowner near your home, we finally found your home. And, what a home it was! Everything about it extolled quality. Its setting upon 30 acres made it the crown jewel of the tour!
Best of all, you were the most gracious host we ever had. The future years will go by, but we will never forget the generous hospitality you showed us. It was much better than one neighbor to another neighbor for you didn't know us and yet you opened up your party to us as if you knew us for years. Your hospitality we will cherish and treasure forever.
